Patient Analysis:

Evaluate whether a gene is differentially expressed between (a) normal and tumor samples, (b) low grade and high grade tumors, and (c) non-muscle invasive and muscle invasive tumors; and (d) is predictive of outcome in multiple patient cohorts.

About: BC-BET was developed by Garrett M. Dancik, PhD., an Assistant Professor of Computer Science/Bioinformatics at Eastern Connecticut State University. Prior to his appointment at Eastern, Dr. Dancik was a postdoc in the laboratory of Dan Theodorescu, MD., PhD., director of the NCI designated Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Colorado.
